What if my friend misses the deadline?

If your friend has not submitted their complete file within 72 h, the offer expires for that referral. They can still finish opening their account, just without the bonus.

Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?

No monthly cap. Every activated friend triggers a reward. Only the campaign’s overall budget can stop new signups.

Will my friend see who I am?

No. Your friend only sees that they were invited by a Neustral client. Equally, we never share your friends’ names or email addresses with you.

Can I withdraw this credit?

Yes. The reward is a euro credit on your balance, usable like the rest of it, including for a conversion or an outgoing transfer.

My account is not activated yet, can I still refer?

Your link appears in your client area once your account is activated. If someone signs up with your code before you are activated, their reward is paid and yours waits for you: it is released the day your own account is activated.
