How it works

Four steps, only one of them on a clock: the 72 h given to your friend.

1. Step 1

   You share your link

   Your personal link appears in your client area once your account is activated.

2. Step 2

   Your friend signs up

   The code is prefilled automatically. It cannot be added after the account is created.

3. Step 3

   They complete their file

   Email verification, identity documents and activation payment, within the window.

4. Step 4

   You both get credited

   As soon as their account is activated, both credits land on your euro balances.

Programme terms

The rules, without the small print.

• The referral link is reserved for activated accounts: you must have completed your own account opening to refer anyone.
• The code must be entered when your friend signs up. It cannot be added afterwards.
• A person can only be referred once, and self-referral is not allowed.
• Your friend has 72 h from creating their account to submit their complete file: verified email, identity documents and activation payment.
• Rewards are paid as a euro credit on the balance, once the referred account is activated and provided the referrer’s account is active too.
• Neustral may withhold a reward where fraud is suspected, and may close a campaign at any time. Referrals already under way keep the amounts they were promised.

The 72 h window only covers what your friend controls. Once their file is submitted in time, how long our team takes to review it no longer affects the reward.
